Rules of the_ m e e t in g

  1. Shooting will be under GNAS Rules.
  2. Proof of GNAS membership may be requested at registration.
  3. Archers must conform to GNAS dress regulations (those not complying will not be allowed to shoot. Rule 107.)
  4. Crossbows, professional archers and substitutes are not allowed.

5. Entries on the day are NOT allowed. Late entries accepted according to space available but no later than Friday 25th May 2007

6 Record Status shoots will be liable to drug testing and competitiors approached to give samples must comply; if they refuse that refusal will be treated as a positive result.

7Juniors must ensure that a Parent or Guardian signs their entry form, giving consent to a drug test, if required.

8. The Junior Competition on the Monday is based solely on scores shot on that day where he/she has shot the correct round for his/her age group. A junior may shoot the senior round on the Sunday but scores will not be considered for awards other than Record or Rose Status.

9The term 'Novice' applies to C.C.A.A. senior members only and shall be defined as competitiors who are currently in their first full outdoor season and have never competed in the County Championships before.

10.Trophies and medals will be awarded for highest score, most hits and most golds.

 

DIRECTIONS. M6 junc 40 take A66 east after 1 mile at roundabout take the A686 Alston road. After passing the Rugby club on your left turn right at the 40mph signs and follow road signposted Hunter hall, Frenchfield to bottom of hill. You will see the entrance to Frenchfield Playing Fields on your left hand side. Continue to parking area behind the Pavilion
